Tonight I needed a quick meal so I heated up some Veggie Burgers (Gardenburger brand from Costco) and served them with Zesty Succotash Salad. The girls gobbled down the veggie burgers, but Nate liked his better with sweet chili sauce (but what doesn't taste good with sweet chili sauce?). It was a quick, easy, yummy meal.
My other favorite find from Costco as of late is Nature's Path Flax Plus Frozen Waffles--sounds weird I know, but actually they are really great AND a good source of Omega 3. Nate and I like them just plain and the girls LOVE them.
